Agree completely. I'm not really thinking about it from OU's perspective. Just wish someone would break the streak. I think you're onto something, though ... seems like teams put so much thought into beating KU that they forget to put as much emphasis as they should on other games. Last week is a perfect example of how damaging a couple games can be.

If you make it through THIS league at .500 then you've really accomplished something. I think we'll do better than that but I believe that completely. The fact that TCU was 2-5 is just mind-blowing because that is a good, well coached team.

I watch all these games and the pundits saying the Big-12 is tops are not exaggerating at all.

Yep, tcu is easily a top 25 team and they are getting worked in conference. One game at a time and see what happens.

Yes. The Big 12 is a league that always seems to canabalize itself... yet KU seems to be immune. But as you said it’s January 22nd, and we get them at home tonight. Get it done boys! Start to Reverse the narrative, start the slay of the giant!

It will be maddening if this Kansas team wins the conference. They're just straight up not great.

Hopefully OU takes care of business at home today. If we don't, we're obviously out of the picture, and it will be tough for anyone to catch up to Kansas.

They have been VERY fortunate to not have a couple of other losses. Plenty of b-ball left...but we have GOT to beat them tonight on our home court.

I've only seen them a few times but I've been impressed with KU. Thin inside but great guards. Going to be a tough game. Winnable, but tough. We need to hammer the offensive boards and attack the rim.

Also need to really defend the three. KU shoots a ton of threes and makes a high percentage. Also -- their big is pretty much unstoppable if he gets the ball near the rim, but he never shoots from more than a few feet away and is an awful foul shooter. When he catches the ball in good post position, we shouldn't be afraid to foul him. Polla could get some minutes if Muni is limited. But when their starting big is on the bench, I could definitely see OU playing small, i.e., without a true center.

Gonna be hard to win imo.. esp bc were not playing really sound basketball.. however, we have a core of players that have a lot of experience and its time they start figuring out this game of basketball and start clicking and doing the little things right..

We also have a superstar and crazy enough can even improve on his historic Level of play..

A win like this would create a snowball effect imo.. we win this game? I think we win the whole conference
