Juwan Parker picks... Tulsa BTW

The top five players in that class look to be going to pretty good schools. Stevie Clark just picked up an offer from Ohio State, OU is the heavy favorite for Jordan Woodard, Bartlesville,'s Jakob Hartsock is headed to BYU after a Mormon mission and 6'7 center Shaquille Morris will choose between Wichita State, ORU, and Fresno St.

Parker will be headed Georgia.

That seems like an odd pick. Does anyone know why he picked Georgia? I just don't think of Georgia as a particularly good basketball program, it is a long way from Oklahoma and SEC schools are about as weak as they get.

Ever since he listed Georgia, I've been thinking there is some connection for him to there, but I can't place my thumb on it. Did his brother have any dealings with them?

I think of most SEC schools as having better basketball programs compared to Georgia. It just seems strange to me.

Kwanza Johnson is an assistent at Georgia.. Thats probably the connection

Kwanza Johnson, UGA assistant is a former University of Tulsa player.

It's actually Jakob Hartsock, not Hardwick. His brother Noah took Bartlesville to the state finals his Senior year. Just wrapped up his collegiate career at BYU and is now playing in Belgium.

Is S Morris not that good? I would think OU would be all over him.

Motor is an issue with Shaq (it looked improved in July though, new high school could help matters too), it's why High Majors won't take a chance on him.

I think he is a little short too. If he was 2 inches taller they would be recruiting him in my opinion.

6'6 isn't going to get their attention unless you are very explosive.
