The West region is the KSU region with both Lon Kruger and Dana Altman coaching teams in that region. Altman was one of Kruger's assistant coaches and then KSU elevated him to HC when Kruger left for Florida. KSU fans didn't like Altman so he left KSU for Creighton. I know they have lamented how they treated Altman.

Yep realized it after I posted. Just saw it on from an ESPN reporter made from a fake account. Didn't know it was fake till I read replies on the retweet.

They probably should have done it last year. I was pretty impressed they pulled off a winning record with their roster.

I think they would be crazy to fire him. They have a very young team. If he hangs on to what he has and gets a few more recruits they are going to be good and deep over the next few years.

He has taken over two programs where he was handed a really good situation (the former coach left a talented roster for a different job, they weren't fired) and completely tanked both programs. The guy is horrible.

Huh? He lost a lot of guys as he was coming into the job. He then had to get rid of the kid from Wichita Falls because he had reefer madness. He has still beaten us 3/4 times in the past 2 years I might add.
