Kelsey Plum

You may remember her lighting up the Sooners for 45 points as a sophomore for Washington University. Ou won the game but it was a memorable performance.

On Sunday she went into the game with Boise State needing 23 points to become the all time leading Pac 12 scorer. She had 22 by halftime and ended up with 44. She has over 2700 career points and is averaging over 30 a game this season. Should end up with well over 3,000 points.

The last time I looked, she was the nation's leading scorer, and Osahor was the leading rebounder. We also won last year with her not quite scoring that many. In fact, we came back late, with steals by T'Ona and Maddie, and a blocked shot by Maddie on Plum's attempted fast break layup after T'Ona had given us our first lead. Plum immediately fouled Maddie whose free throws provided the winning margin. Then, they proceeded to beat Kentucky in Lexington after Kentucky eliminated us before going to the Final Four.

Plum is finally a senior.
