I've been critical of post development under Lon's staffs in the past, but Kuath is playing quite a bit better lately and makes me feel better about the assistants Lon has under him now.
I would love to continue to see that improve with Issanza.
Still wish our "bigs" would look in control a little more, Kuath included (especially Iwuakor), but steady development is what I really want to see.
Historically, they haven't. We spend a lot of time on project bigs, and if Kuath is your poster child for successful development rather than routine...
