So Purdue is supposed to show Matt Painter they are committed to winning more than Missouri?

The Missouri that has never won anything?

The Missouri whose coach just packed his bags and left town to take a job at a school that thumbed their nose at him when it was his turn to be head coach?

The Missouri that was publicly begging to be admitted to the Big 10 only to be rejected for anybody with a pulse?

The Missouri that no major conference had any interest in during the conference shakeups last summer?

Wake up people. OU fired our coach. Missouri's coach ran out on them because you can't win there and there is a century of evidence to back it up.

Coaching OU BB is a really good job; the right guy will view putting fans in the stands a challenge not a turnoff. We should be willing to pony up the cash for the right guy. Having OU football means OU will always be coveted and will not likely get screwed in any conference realignment.

Screw, Gottleib too. He has taken an any job but OU is better approach. Frikking lOSerU homer.

The great thing though is that are multiple fine coaches out there, more than the current number of job openings.
