I am not in the Drew leaving camp, Baylor is his brain-child. Turgeon on the other hand I can understand. His dream job is KU, but that looks like it will never happen. A&M has been very surprising this year and overall pretty solid since he took over, but I don't see them competing for conference titles in the long run, the top of the Big XII is just too good and there are a lot of strong coaches.
As I said before, if I am Turgeon, I would head to UO. Brand new arena, great compensation, down conference this year, history of solid players, the "Nike" appeal, etc. Look at the Oregon players in the last few years...state can produce some talent.
The Alford vs. Turgeon argument is a no-brainer...you take the one who has been more successful, and that is Turgeon.
