What moron would leave the big 12 for the Pac Ten?
Every coach in the Big 12 would consider leaving their current school for the Pac-10. And if I was a betting man I'd say 11 would do it.

The big12 coaches would be drooling to get to the Pac10 for which of these reasons:
1. Apathetic West Coast fans?
2. They enjoy the exposure that the Pac10 offers during the week when games start at 10pm EST?
3. All the national championships they have won since 2000?
Self would be the only coach to not consider the greatness of the Pac10 right?

In 2008-2009 when the Pac 10 was strong, they had two schools in the top 50 in attendance (Arizona and UCLA). The Big12 had 9. In 2009-2010, the Pac10 has one school on the top 50 list (Arizona). The Big12 has 9.
If you are looking at conference games only, the big12 has 11 schools averaging over 9000 in attendance- Colorado the only one not making the list.
The Pac10 has 4 over 9000 nightly (Arizona, California, Washington, UCLA).
The only reason he would consider the UCLA job is to milk KU out of another raise.
And what about the other 11 Big 12 coaches...do you believe any of them would NOT take the Pac-10 UCLA job?
I don't know that they would be chomping at the bit to be stuck at Washington State. Fine school but it has its drawbacks from a recruiting/media exposure standpoint.
