NBA- OU players and general (this thread only)

Great article. Also, during a recent game when AR was being discussed, one of the announcers mentioned that he was the NBA's vest undrafted player since Ben Wallace. That's very high praise.
i do wish pieces like this would include what has now been widely reported .. that he could have been drafted as high as 42 (IIRC) and his team decided being undrafted was a better option ..

i hope trae hits 10,000 assists, and i hope reaves opts out after next year. lakers need to pay that man. 13 mil, are you kidding me?

Congrats to Buddy Hield for making 200+ 3-pointers for the 7th consecutive season. He waited until the very end to accomplish it this year, but he hit four of them tonight (needed three) to hit the 200-mark. He's currently 16th in NBA history in 3-pointers made. If he can play another 3-4 seasons, he'll retire in the top 10. I know he's only played 9 years, but he was almost 24 when his NBA career started.

Shooting can also translate well past a players prime.

TY gets tossed last game & should've just been ejected. Looks like he just head butted Davion Mitchell

It has been a tough postseason for our NBA Sooners so far. Trae's team went out in the play-in round, and both AR and BH had rough Game 1 performances. Buddy frustrated Jimmy Butler enough that he had to be told to stop dribbling the ball (yikes). Let's hope both these guys have a good bounce-back game. At least the Warriors won their game. The Lakers lost big, and being at home, Game 2 is a must-win. Magic called out Redick for his poor coaching and lack of in-game adjustments. We'll find out tonight if he at least made some post-game adjustments to counter the T-Wolves physical mentality...but Austin needs to play better no matter what.

i could be wrong, but i think jimmy and buddy have been messing with each other, and it’s not as serious as it looks. and the comments i read from warriors fans about the post game clip the other night, they think he meant he wants buddy to just grab the rebound and not try to gain possession of a loose ball by dribbling it, not that he wants buddy to stop driving altogether. although both probably aren’t bad ideas. anyway, i hope that is the case. because i need more steph.

austin with a beautiful move on gobert, overlooking the possible carry no call.
