NCAA Tourney the Thread

So on Manek's ejection for the elbow. Remember the Baylor game when Groves got kneed to the head? Yeah no foul there at all.

Maneks ejection was total BS. Baylor’s comeback was also aided tremendously by the horrible refs. It’s a stain on the game when the refs got too involved and try to influence the outcome. That’s not their job.

Refs should enforce the game rules, not play favorites. Thankfully, baylor still lost the game.

Not saying it was a good call by any means, but I do have to think about all the people who are convinced the NCAA always looks to help the blue bloods. It doesn’t get much bluer than Carolina.

Kansas still leading Creighton but Creighton is still hanging around. I wasn't expecting this after they lost Kalkbrenner.

They were playing in Fort Worth, so there is that. I don't know why, but they definitely had different foul criteria for those in the blue vs those in the green.

Kansas up 3 with 45 seconds left after a bad mistake leading to a break away jam.

Creighton with a bad error at the wrong time....KU up 3. On a side note, has McCormack for KU not improved much in 3 years? He just seems like he was a better player several seasons back....and isn't really any better. I say that and he just now blocked a shot a crucial time.

Looks like Kansas will hang on. Still a good game though.

Just got home and looked at the Creighton-KU box score. Creighton only played 6 guys? Wow.

They lost their starting C against SD St, 7 footer avging 12 and 7. They were already down Nembhard their starting PG who got hurt a month ago. Pretty amazing they gave Kansas a game without those 2 guys.

Tennessee/Michigan has been a pretty good game. Providence is destroying Richmond.

Auburn and Arkansas are the only SEC teams left.
