Godwin has very very slow feet ..

he was terrible on D vs the pick and roll as a 5 he has 0 ability to play D as a 4

Godwin may not be ideal as a four, but his defense is no worse than Jacob Groves. If he had the potential to knock down threes like Jacob, he would be a candidate to play the four.

i think you would find that he is a significantly worse defender then JG if he was guarding 4's and wings . like jacob did all season ..

Sam Godwin is a great teammate and deserves a ship but unless he gets much much stronger he is at best a 3rd center min guy ideally

I have heard good things about Northweather but who knows he is a big ?

i have doubts that Keita will ever contribute at OU knee injuries in 2020 and 2022 ..

I'm right there with you! Keita has been limited due to injury for several seasons, so I'll be surprised if he ever gets significant minutes/production. I HOPE he does, but if it's been this long already...

He sucks. Started 32 Games. All that matter are stats.

Oregon is the same as George Washington. Get conf probably is tougher.

Significantly worse offensively across the board, so unless he is Draymond Green defensively, he is a downgrade. And defensive rankings indicate he isn’t as good as Jalen at that end of the floor. I hope he proves me wrong but this seems like a downgrade at the 4 unless he takes a huge step forward.

He averaged 7 and 4. Hill averaged 9 and 5 with more minutes. He isn’t going to start at the 4 either. That was a problem with the team last year. We had a mid major at PF. Now we will have someone similar as a back up.

If Soares is a backup that is a great get. And they aren’t similar.

He was bad on offense. Scored 0 points against sam Houston state. I called him out as a problem for the season in that game and I was 100% right.

He also couldn’t defend legit power forwards. See osu.we are better off without him as our starting pf.
