Oklahoma HS Team National Rankings

No Oklahoma HS team is ranked in ESPN's current top 25. From the looks of it, we have not had one ranked all year or finish in the top 25 last season. My questions are these: How competitive are the Oklahoma HS teams versus teams from other states? Is Oklahoma considered a quality state in terms of HS talent?

A better question is how did the teams on list make it on the list? Not saying that they don't belong just saying how did they get there to begin with since there really isn't any multi state competition.

I have seen St Mary's play in Stockton and they are tremendously talented. Forty Eight wins in a row. Their head Coach Gonzalez coached both my boys at Tokay High Scho in the 90s. Than he made the move to StMarys to coach the girls. Right move for him. A lot of girls get Div 1 scholarships their. Gray that played at Duke for one.
