What actually happened was Tilly tried to block Wright out and ran into a brick wall.. falling on his face. Wright didn't extend his arm at all. Looked like a foul, though... if you just saw Wright get the rebound and Tilly falling on his face.

thought it was a bad call at first. second look it was legit, except the whistle came about 2 seconds late.
