Oklahoman: Sampson candidate for Bucks & Bobcats jobs

I hope Kelvin lands somewhere that I can root for him. I've been in the market for a 2nd favorite team to put behind the C's.

Sampson is a great coach i hope he gets a head coaching job.the bobcats got really good young players on the rise and i think 2 first round draft picks

The Thunder might want to give Sampson a look too. Not only for coaching but to make Presti add some toughness to that soft roster.

Yeah Fire Brooks.... :facepalm:facepalm:facepalm

Wouldn't want any part of Charlotte as long as Jordan is there.

His seat is going to be really warm if they get bounced by Houston.

Presti's seat might be warmer for letting James Harden get away. Nate Robinson is another player who would have come in handy right now.

Presti's reputation as a GM with the knack to make all of the right moves has taken a serious hit lately.

He'll be fine because of the Russell injury and winning Coach of the Year last season. I'm not saying with the Westbrook injury that the Thunder shouldn't beat the Rockets one game out of four, because they completely should.

But the injury will easily buy him another year. Fans maybe disgruntled, but Bennett/Presti would never fire him after this season.

Not only Harden but have gave Maynor away.

Can't blame Presti for the Harden move. Ownership couldn't afford him. The worst move the Thunder have made was vetoing the Tyson Chandler trade. They have whiffed constantly on big men in the draft. They had Chandler & chickened out.

Without a stud in the post the Thunder have already peaked and are declining. Somebody is going to make a bold move for Andrew Bynum & I bet it pays off big. If the Thunder want to ever win a title they should roll the dice & put together a trade package that includes Ibaka for Bynum.

Brooks is mediocre too. He's not getting anymore out of them. Sampson would be a wise risk too.

Perkins is the guy they should have moved. And I'm probably in the minority here, but I think they'd be better with a pass-first pg and Harden/KD, than Westy as the pg with KD, and two black holes in the starting rotation (Perkins and Sef).

No way... Its his fault RW is hurt? Its Presti's fault that James wouldnt take less than the max. Owners were paying the Luxury Tax.

This wasnt his choice. Tax and the owners make the choice. No GM has the power to sign a player to max deal without consent of owners.
The owners love the Thunder more than anyone, but they love money a whole lot more!

that was an excellent move. dude was a cancer and sucks now. jackson is 3X better. Presti is still a God as a GM the next move he needs to do is get rid of Brooks. 3 Monkeys could "coach" this team to the playoffs. Brooks' offense is awful. Oh how i long for popovich in OKC

Not necessarily. Once moved to Portland, Maynor started playing a lot better. Certainly better than Derek Fisher.

Kelvin will make a great coach. If he can get his players to buy in he will win and win big.
