Most gruesome injury I have ever seen in basketball. I hope the kid is going to be okay.

For those that didn't see it- you may not want to- he flies out on a duke player to cover a jumper and when he lands his right leg buckles and looks like he broke both fibula and tibia.

A lot like Donnie Boyce's injury vs OU in the 90s during the big 12 tourney. Terrible.

Yep- that would be the only other one I have ever seen that would compare.

Boyce recovered- hope this kid can too.

Highly unlikely, but possible. More likely that it was either a stress fracture that went unrecognized until it gave or was just a matter of force with the way he landed.
