One benefit of the Texas 10 conference

[BigTime]

is that we will get to renew some of our basketball rivalries with the likes of Mizzou and Kansas. There is something to be said about being able to play a home and home every year with those guys. It should make for some good hoops.

Hopefully we can get back to where we belong in the chain of big eight basketball.

No doubt I'm looking forward to that too. Just hope we have our **** together and aren't decimated by this Gallon thing when that schedule kicks in for the 2012 season.

Our roster that season will have seniors Pledger, Osby, Blair and Fitzgerald and juniors Cam Clark, Calvin Newell and T.J. Taylor. If all those guys develop as we think they can and we can add a couple of quality bigs to them, that roster should be able to compete pretty well.
