Pretty big win for the Pokes, as they are likely headed toward 4-0 with victories over Tennessee and NC State.

No. They have 2 first round draft picks, not 4. The same as OSU. They were also without there best player for most of the second half. Imagine that game with Smart missing the final 18. Not to mention, OSU struggled mightily against Akron and UC Davis. So, while this was a nice victory it's just common sense to temper your expectations and enthusiasm right now.

And don't say OU fans would be claiming a final four right now. A few seconds at Orangepower and you'll see easily ridiculous claims.

Yeah that's a really good win for osu. While ncst might be over rated, you never know with these early season rankings, it's still a good win. I know how pumped I would be if that was OU that just did that to them, even the Tennessee game. Definitely wouldn't be claiming final four but still.

Akron shouldn't be lumped in with UC Davis, Akron is one of 6 teams to win at least 20 games the last 7 years. By the end of the year, I bet they have 20 again. Not many teams in the MAC have a guy like Zeke Marshall.

I certainly don't mind OSU B-ball fans posting here. A few even have insightful things to say. I enjoy talking about their wins and I enjoy discussing their shortcomings even more.
