Ou Baylor

Reaves 3-17, Doolittle 4-14. It’s amazing we were even in the game at all. Really great effort but that bad shooting/shot selection and horrific rebounding sealed our fate

I'd rather have seen a shot at the bucket, either Harmon or Reaves. Hopefully, you hit the two and maybe get a +1. But I'm proud of the guys. They were gritty and refused to quit and the bench contributed too.

Good effort. Fought and clawed against the best team in the country on the road. Absolutely have to win the next 3 because the closing stretch is brutal. I don't see the path to the tournament without 3-0 here.

Great effort tonight, don't mind losing to a good team when OU plays hard. BAylor out rebounded OU by 10, but surprisingly only had 3 more shot attempts than OU. The problem stat was Reaves & Doolittle combined shooting 7/31 from the field with 2/13 from the 3. Even with those 2 having a poor offensive night (credit Baylor's defense) OU had a shot to win it. Hate the loss, but I am excited about how this team played.

I hate to say this... But if you take Reaves 15 misses and spread those shots around OU probably wins tonight.

He is one of those guys that can and will shoot you out of a game.

You can't go 3-18 from the field. He has a green light to do whatever he wants, despite horrible shot selection. I'm confused.

Kam McGusty all over again. Has talent and does some things that are impressive, but he's not actually a good player. Even worse, he thinks he's a good player and so he has a high usage rate. Just not a winning basketball player.

Easy to say but doo shot like crap. Best players take the most shots.

It would be nice to see this kind of effort and fight every game from here on out. They played tough and that’s how we have to play every single game to have a chance. Fight like hell. At a minimum, that should be expected and not too much to ask.

Doo and Manek are best players.... Reaves isn't on that level.

Until given notice he needs to stop making his shots taken more difficult than they really need to be. Fundamentals are to be his friend and he needs to be reminded of it.

I’m going with 6/6 rest way out...7/5 or 5/7 as well..

Team had pretty good effort, still had some time of 1:1 ball... some stagnant offense trying force a pass that wasn’t there... but had a chance.

We’ll see

I wish we'd played like this in Ames.

And would somebody please talk to Reaves about shot selection.

I feel the same way. Copy and paste that effort for the remainder of the season and we’ll win the majority of our games. I also liked what I saw from our bench players.
