Ou Baylor

I have high hopes for Harmon, but he hasn't yet proven to be a clutch player; Reaves has come through in the clutch (he very nearly did last night). We'd have needed Harmon to hit both shots (something he didn't accomplish in two previous tries last night), and even then we'd have only been tied.

So instead we have a guy try to accomplish something he only did 2 out of 11 times last night. Both were not good options

So OU is down 2 with 40 seconds left and BU has the ball. Not only does BU not get a shot off but OU gets an open 3 in the corner on a kick out to a good spot up shooter. I couldn’t have hoped for a better scenario, much less b**** about it.

Missed opportunities are 'usually' second guessed. Be it productive or not it is the nature of things.

When is the last time OU beat the #1 team on the road? It certainly hasn't happened within my memory, but some of you have much better memories than I do.

Man, I love this thread. Tells me we competed against a top team and had opportunities to beat them on the road. Fans on this board care and are excited about that.

I don't believe we've ever done it. Most all of our wins over #1 were in Lloyd Noble. The lone exception that comes to me is our victory over the Chickenhawks in the 2002 Big 12 Final in Kemper.

We were a Khadeem Lattin free throw away from doing it in AFH four years ago.
