The Oklahoma women's basketball team pushed its winning streak to three games as the Sooners downed Texas Tech 88-79 Monday night to complete a season sweep of the Lady Raiders.
OU (11-10, 8-8 Big 12) were powered by a career night from freshman Skylar Vann. The newcomer from Edmond tallied 19 points and had three triples, six rebounds, three steals and a block in the contest.
Madi Williams led all players with 25 points on the night, scoring 17 of those in the first half.
Gabby Gregory and Taylor Robertson chipped in 16 points apiece.
As a team, OU shot 50.8% (33-for-65) on the night and 50.0% (7-for-14) from deep. The Sooners shot 15-for-16 (93.8%) from the charity stripe. The lone miss belonged to Taylor Robertson, whose streak ended at 60 consecutive made free throws dating back to last season. Robertson went 7-for-8 from the line.
