Well, I’m ready. Could this be the most pivotal game of the season? It could.

Any idea why it is hidden from TV? Showing NM State and UMKC instead. Lots of interest in that around here.

Usually that suggests shenanigans are going on.

My guess... the Thunder is on at 3:30. If OU were on, the game would go from 2 to 4 and cover up part of the Thunder game. The OU game is being broadcast on Fox Sports Central.

Is that a Cox channel?

the game is not even on the normal radio channel.

OU has abandoned WBB. No wonder fan interest has slumped.

Yes.. All Thunder games air on Fox Sports, the same channel the OU game would be on.

What are you talking about? This is NOT our telecast and radio broadcast has switched before based on higher priority programs. Always has.

Not our telecast? You try copying the OU telecast/radio broadcast and selling them. You'll find out whose telecasts they are.

OU considers WBB the least important sport in the campus. Even Tennis is on TV today.

We have never had a SoonersportsTV telecast outside of Norman. OU tennis is in Norman.

TCU, Hypocrite U, Tech and pokes all have their tier 3 broadcasts on FoxSports. You can’t tell by the standard definition viewing and the homer announcers?

Great 3rd quarter....equally bad fourth quarter.

Missed free throws and turnovers:facepalm

Horrendous 1st quarter. Just totally flat coming out of the gate.

That we made it a game just highlights how bad the first quarter was.

Really disappointed in Maddie. Completely disappeared this game. Good players don’t do that in big games.

I’ll say this now. I don’t think we are going to play any games after the Big 12 tournament. Period.

I am about to agree with those who think SC has lost it mentally.

She is on the radio blaming the freshmen for the loss.

Folks, the 2 (TWO) Freshmen were 13 of 29 ( 45%) for 33 pts.

While the 2 (TWO) senior "guards" were 4 of 20 ( 20%) for 13 points.

And all THREE seniors produced only 25 points.

This game was lost by the seniors, NOT the Freshmen. I'm tired of the blaming the wrong people.

And if you don't care about making free throws, then you don't care - in any way - about winning.

And some want to wonder why players are transferring?

Two of those three seniors had wide open looks in the last minute and a half or so and put up clunkers. These seniors often disappear in clutch time.

Well, their starters only scored 28. The key is that their team scored four more than we did, given that last lapse providing Ramirez with nine despite hardly playing. All of those nine were in the last two minutes.

There isn't one player who stood out today, good or bad. Maddie and Gabbi weren't hitting. Shaina and Ana kept making silly mistakes to turn the ball over (a couple were bad officiating calls). Maddie, Gabbi, and Vivi dominated the boards with 31 between them. TCU only had 35 as a team.

We started badly despite getting what we wanted. Vivi missed some chip shot layups that she rushed. She was only 3 of 7, unlike Vivi. Had 14 rebounds. We weren't moving. We had Shaina out front, tried to get it to Vivi, and got zero open looks---the exact opposite of what we had done against KU. Any shot inside ten feet could be blocked without a foul call, until the fourth quarter when they called us on a couple of blocking fouls. But, we were not running any offense other than stand around looking for a way to get it to Vivi.

Once we did play well enough to take a five-point lead, we made some of the most lethargic passes to give them a chance to get back in it. They scored five in a row due to turnovers by Ana on lazy passes. We never could get any energy back.

We just flat out lost this one. Quit thinking. The only good thing about this game is that our defense held a very good offense in check. We should have won by twenty.

OU men and women had a total of 3 bench points combined today.
