This has been looked at multiple times and it can’t be done. Not sure why.

We should go the other direction and raise the floor. Put the court on the second floor and have all the locker rooms, training stuff, etc on the ground floor. Maybe a shopping mall on the third floor with restaurants. Think outside the box!
