How many "gems" has Lon found?
I mean, besides Buddy.
I think he's talking about Buddy and Cousins, but I can't think of anyone else.

If JUCO players aren't ready to play by the time the conference schedule starts why are they at OU?
Agreed. Let’s kick em out of school and hold open tryouts.
Or, I don't know, recruit better ones?
100% would love to get five 5* every year
I would like to get some we could plug in and get serviceable play from.
Again totally agree. I can’t believe the team we have! Just zero talent. How did we win any games!
Here’s my idea: Fire everyone since we have been so disappointing. Release everyone from their scholarships and Start from scratch?
Yeah?!?
Our 2 JUCOs last night combined. 23 minutes, 1-5 fg, 2 points, 1 reb, 1 block, 2 turnovers, 3 fouls. Personally I would expect more. But YMMV.
AAHAHAHAHA I can’t believe this is still going on. Amazing.
You can't stop replying, amazing. lol
Right!? Can’t stop til someone pays for our loss vs ISU!! FAAAAAAAR SOMEONE!

It's funny you keep saying that, I haven't once said that we should fire anyone, I think if we keep playing this badly though, and this isn't the first game this year in which we played this way, that we may have to evaluate it after the season.

Cousins, Doolittle, McNeace.
I think you've stumbled on the real problem here...
JUCOs usually come with baggage which Lon won’t overlook, I have no issues with not getting ***hole kids to come to OU just to get a few more wins.
Mcneace? No.
Doolittle? It's not like Lon had to go far to find him. And he was the best player in the state at the time.
