We have been seeing this kind of play ever since North Texas. That loss told us everything we needed to know - and we have never improved since.

Peyton spent a lot of time on the bench tonight and should continue to do so. Gabbi should be next.

Poor shooting continues. We have no mid-range game. Turnovers out the butt. Stupid fouls.

You can see it in the players eyes and effort. Sherri has lost this team, just like she did Morgan's senior year.

We need new ideas, new fire, better players, better recruiting and to
stop accepting poor play and poor coaching.

I feel pretty confident if Maddie would of played 30-35 minutes this game we would of won. And she got completely robbed by the referees. She's the only player that can play that high post.


If anything though. This just proves we better quit putting so much stock in players that can only offer us a 3 pt shot. Im tired of having off nights and losing by 20 cause we can't keep up with them

It is interesting that Sherri has always had major problems when coaching against a male coach. They frequently totally outsmart her.

Passes right at opposing players, lack of movement, failure to block out, drive into double teams and just stop, stand and watch from the court: too many times we make those errors means not only a loss, but takes the heart out of the players.
It can only come from the way they are being coached. Beaten by a team that plays better is part of competition. Failure to compete should not be accepted without some change.

HA. Norm, Im sorry- but u don't know a thing that you are even talking about buddy. You base everything you know about basketball on who lead the team in scoring that day, and thats as far as you get. We were up 8 when she was in. down 11 when she came out after two fouls. Y? She is the ONLY player that can run the high post in the zone, and I think in basketball- thats a pretty important player to have against a zone- NO? You tell me, your the expert. ha. she had 6 assists in 20 mins? not to mention 7 rebounds, to lead the way. We shot poorly. But Maddie is the most important player we have against a zone- and the refs took her out of it.

But- that was still embarrassing.
