I like Fran, too. When his son was at OU, he went overboard at times in his attempts to come off as impartial but before his son arrived in Norman and in the years since, I've liked him very much.
I didn't mean to suggest that call on Wednesday wasn't fair overall -- just when they were reviewing the history of Bedlam. But I've been corrected on that, which I appreciate.
The glossing over I thought had occurred does happen in football -- in the TV guys' rush to paint Bedlam as a rivalry for the ages, they almost never acknowledge the elephant in the room, which is OU's laughably large lead in the series.
