Shows how bad of a team OSU is that we are playing this bad and yet we were down 19 and now 6. Would be 3 if that kid didn’t hit a 30 foot prayer
 
Mcnease actually did something on offense 2 plays in a row. Then goes full derp on D randomly kinda doubling down with a short shot clock giving up a wide open rhythm 3... sigh
 
We've defended the three well all season till tonight, but way too often tonight we have our hands down when we are guarding guys behind the line, even when there is no risk of them driving by us. Have to at least get a hand in their vision.
 
Guy makes a long 3 but no one is on him because we lazily switch everything and it turns out Muni is out there but not hear him.

I would think they can't continue hitting 56% of their 3's...but we have to guard.

Someone said, need to guard BEFORE they get the ball..
 
I bet OSU has already made more 3s than they average per game for the year. I am calling an 0-fer 2nd half for them. They need to come back to Earth soon.

Defending the three has been our Achilles heel every season for as long as I can remember. Even our Final Four team was not that good at defending the arc, they were just better at making threes than most of the teams they played.

Getting out-rebounded is very disappointing. When you aren't playing all that well, rebounding is one way to nullify the advantage. And on offense, it seems we haven't even had a guy under the basket to rebound on a good portion of our possessions. It's like we are playing a 4-1 or 5-0 spread offense.
 
Vandy hit 10/21 3's tonight vs tenn...course it was in their place.

Sat will be tough
 
We have been out rebounded in last 3 games. Some of that is because we are missing so many 3s and the opponent offensive rebounds are often because we are out of position on switches.

yeah long shots usually equal long rebounds...on top of us just standing around.
