OU vs ISU 8pm CST on ESPN2

I didn't get a chance to watch the game live, DVR'd it and watched it late. Extremely good second half, we really put the screws to them and without Halliburton they were a shell of the team that stomped us up in Ames. If we get that kind of play from Doolittle on a nightly basis and Manek keeps playing well, nobody will want to play us. The big two really played well last night, and I thought Bieniemy had one of his best games of the year. Impressive win at home, have to keep it up down the stretch.

I bet it hurt to type all this!

Glad you were happy Steve.

I have a lot of respect for posters like Steve who are honest in how they feel, yet they also make an effort to compliment players and the team when they deserve it. Steve is always here no matter what.

I have zero respect for those who only come around when OU loses. I think you could name the posters on that list. I know I can.

Thanks Ada! I have this flaw, I'm painfully honest, or at least I try my hardest to be lol.

Beat Baylor, Texas Tech, OSU, TCU, and Texas... and OU is a 6 or 7 seed. Doesn't matter what happens with WVU or Kansas.

I would jump for joy if we wound up being a 6 seed. It can happen. Just need to keep playing hard on defense. Offensively things have come around for Doo, Manek, Reaves, and Williams.

Congrats on the win! Recap from Eric Bailey here. Excerpt...

Six Oklahoma players scored in double figures — Doolittle (20 points), Brady Manek (18), Alondes Williams (14, all in the second half), Austin Reaves (12) and Jamal Bieniemy (12).

“We had high-intensity practices leading up to this game, especially with the way we got beat at their place,” Doolittle said, referring to an 81-68 loss in Ames. “We had some revenge that we had to give back to them. We can check that off the list and get ready for Kansas.”

The Sooners (16-8, 6-5 Big 12) will ride momentum of consecutive wins into Saturday’s 11 a.m. contest at KU.

“We have a chance to go into Lawrence and play our best,” OU coach Lon Kruger said. “It’s always a challenge, of course, but our guys look forward to it.”

Hopefully they're having super high intensity practices this week.
