Totally perplexing to me too Syb. I thought after the grit and fight we showed to finish the Baylor game, that we'd come out with our hair on fire tonight. The turnovers are just inexplicable … I felt like anytime we threw the ball inside - very BAD things happened for us.

Smart coaching on TCU's part. They totally dominated the inside and we couldn't shoot well enough to take advantage of it. I am surprised more teams with some big players have not been able to do that. This is a poor shooting team in my opinion. When we cannot get layups we are in serious trouble.
Someone please tell me there is no way next year's team is as bad as this one, even considering the loss of our seniors.

This may be the worst game I have seen a Sherri Coale team play.

OU got blown out by TCU. TCU....
Don't let the mad run at the end confuse things. OU got dominated
tonight.
Sherri looked disinterested tonight. Like she's finally out of things to try.
Graduation might be the best thing for the team.
Just awful level of effort tonight.
The turnover story might be worst in Sherri history
I really think this program needs to not make the tourney as a wake up call.
I think the talent has been badly overestimated.
The pieces don't fit. They don't work. The roster is a mess.
Sherri and the coaches really need to take a very hard look at who needs
to stay and who needs to go.

LOL you obviously didn't watch the game. Check the box score and see how many turnovers she had. 26 points? That's great considering when we needed her she couldn't hit the bright side of a barn. But yea defintley garbage time she can knock out 15. Watch a game.

This team has players who HAVE played well, sweet 16 last year with four common starters, sweet 16 in 2011, and those teams never looked as bad as they have in several games this year. Passing, pump fakes, receiving passes, rebounding both hit and hold and hit and chase forgotten, energy flat to start big games, no chemistry, no team play, no playing like almost all of Sherri Coales teams have that sometimes turn it over too much but get better as the year goes on. WTF???
There has to be either some behind the scene conflict between players and/or coaches or the coaching staff has confused players so much that players regressed in their play.
These are good kids, so I am going to cheer for them Monday, and just look forward to a new year and a new team.

Totally agree. Usually Coale's teams play well together and for each other. Don't see it with this team and haven't for a while.
I'm not jumping off the ledge but this program may be at a bit of crossroads in the next year or two.
No fundamentals, No basketball IQ, and no control. It is strange but I have never seen a team that passes the ball so recklessly. It has been that way for some time but athleticism usually countered the recklessness.
Somebody should tell kids that they should not throw a pass that has less than a 20% chance of being caught. They should also tell post players on the block to not put the ball on the floor. It is hard to watch.
The fact that these women went to the Sweet Sixteen last year must makes this whole thing mystifying. No doubt the staff needs a shake up.

As we have all said, there is plenty of talent on this team. You have to now say coaching is the entire problem.

Will anyone else be glad when this season is over? If they make the NCAA Tourney, they will have 15 losses. That is assuming they beat Tech tomorrow night. This bunch was picked to win the conference???
