I think that Mulkey could be a really good player, even great... But EJ is going to be a VERY good player down the line too, I believe.

you can watch if have some cable package on the puter...

good win.

Excited to see the 6'9 girl next year. At least she doesn't LOOK like a man! lol

Beautiufl game today.

If Maddie, Carter, and KK can lead us in scoring down the stretch- We can, and will beat anybody.

If we move as well as we did today, we can play with anyone. Good "team" win.

Most complete game I have seen the Guys play in a very long time. Aggressive passing, rebounding, shooting, moving without the ball and defensively for four quarters. Of course Tech has been blown out by 5 opponents but if we stay aggessive for 40 minutes we can definitely win a few more games than otherwise.

I was impressed by Tech. I thought their shooting was better than it has been in recent years. They cooled off a bit late. But, the transfers are doing pretty well. They did have four straight twenty points plus blowout losses, three on the road (OSU got them in Lubbock) to Texas, TCU, and WV. Then, they beat IS before coming here.

We did what we should do. This is the team that I have been waiting to see. I just didn't expect Gioya to come back to be a part of it from what I had seen this year. She played within herself and was effective. That is a key word---effective. She wasn't sensational. She did right things right, the first time this year. We didn't have anyone goofing off today.

Most points in a conference game this season and largest margin of victory this season, within the Big 12, to date. A good place to start this week.

When we came out on fire in the first quarter, I immediately wished that Texas was our first opponent after that debacle in Stillwater. Hopefully we sustain this level of intensity and focus on Saturday because, if so, we can give Texas a run for their money.

Our use of Gioya before this game had been pretty baffling to me. She seemed hesitant and stunted and I wasn't sure why we weren't redshirting her. I can't imagine the pressure she was feeling when she knew that she would only play for 3-4 minute spurts off the bench. It is so hard to shoot confidently and play freely when you know you have a very limited time to productive. Sherri thrusting her into the starting lineup today was incredibly smart. Our ol' coach knows a thing or two :D

Well, dammit, some of us had to work. Some of us were also too stupid to remember to tape the game.

I think it's terrific that the players'-only meeting seemed to take hold today.

Glad everyone had a great day. We needed one. Can this be sustained? Proof will be in the pudding. If this continues, I only have one question...

What the Hell took them so long to get their heads out of their fourth point of contact and start playing like every second of every game matters? Jekyll and Hyde? Seems so, BUT I will definitely take the Hyde!

Hopeful this becomes the start of a run. I sure would like to beat OSU by 60 at home.

I think they were holding her back and waiting for that first sign of herself- Sherri said after that game that she had her first real good practice yesterday and they just rolled the dice. better than never. That was 13 pts in fairly limited minutes...A better Maddie this season- along with the supporting cast all being better, should make it easier for Gioya than what she had the second half of conference player last season as well- where she was the defensive focal point. Im still worried ppl will have her figured out, but if nothing else they still have to worry about keeping her figured for an entire game and that opens others up. If she can limit the turnovers and occasional poor shot selection then this will be the turning point. We don't need Gioya to average 15 points for her to be very effective, we just need the threat of another player that can attack the rim- and the way she does it with such physicality and explosiveness is exactly what we need to balance our offensive attack. VERY excited for TEXAS

Good thoughts.

I think my membership expired. They finally go the live stats on the webpage.

Espn.com always has the live stats and game cast. Also, it is carried on regular radio. Don't know if you can get it because do not know where you live. Maybe this will be helpful for future.

http://espn.go.com/ncw/boxscore?gameId=400832358

espn.com always changes to espn.go.com but I always use espn.com just because I never know if they may change something and I know it will get me there. After the page completes populating, at the top is a line of scores....usually NBA or NFL but to the left it is "top events" with an arrow. Go down to ncaaw and click on it and it will bring up wcbb. OKAY, I know you didn't need all these instructions. I CAN'T help myself sometimes. :) Just want to be sure you can find when you want. smh

It says in the stats at ESPN that there were two technical fouls on the Tech team. Anyone know why they were called? I forgot about game so didn't hear it.
