What the hell is he talking about? Fertilizer? Wind and trees? I don't think that guy would motivate me one bit as a coach. They need to get rid of him.

Seriously, I was not impressed by this clip. The guy is just plain boring and doesn't seem to make sense. Kind of reminded me of some people's impressions of George Bush.
