Pie in the Sky Lineups

I've got a good one. And I dropped only my standard amount of acid last night:

PG - McGusty
SG - Odomes
SF - Doolittle
PF - Lattin
C - McNeace

Then we come out in THIS:

Like we've been saying......it can't get any worse. Plus it further strengthens our K-State connections.

I'm open for anything that will get a modicum of ball movement in the offense.

Not a bad lineup. It also ties in nicely with the points OUHoops made about putting Lattin and McNeace on the floor at the same time. Sure can't hurt to give it a try.

Really? Odomes is probably our 3rd best player this season. He's pretty easily our best defender. It's not a ridiculous comparison.

They're not going to move Doolittle to a wing anyway. They need him inside.

I just think Odomes is a bench player.

I think Doolittle will be an all-conference type performer.

I really like Odomes and I think in a couple of years we are going to be going back and looking at these convo's and laugh just like we did with old threads on Buddy and Isaiah.
I think Odomes is determined and will put in the work. Once he gets the outside shot down I think he could be our best all around player due to how good he is defensively.

1. Odomes
2. Mcgusty
3. James
4. Doolittle
5. Lattin

I like this a lot. There would have to be some team-wide signal when the shot clock hits 8 or so for everyone, sans Odomes, to clear out to the starboard side to give Rashard the whole left of the lane to drive.

Sounds like the old Nolan Johnson sets Kelvin used to run, specifically in the game at GIA in 2000.

OU went 1-4 and Nolan dominated him over and over and over and over ..

Nolan fyi played all 40 min 9-13 3-4 from the FF line 21 points

he also guarded mason mason was 0-8 and had 6 points he also played 40 min
