As a golfer for more years than I want to mention, I can relate very well to the importance of an established routine and the mental approach to free throw shooting. Show me a golfer who fails to include those to elements in his game, and I'll show you a bad golfer.

This has all been very interesting. I wish I had known about your technique when I used to play, as well as when I was involved with youth basketball in the community. You can bet that our grandson will be trying the methods you teach. :)
