You can see a little Steve Nash in there too. You can bet he's watched more than a few hours of MVsteve tape.Steve Blake 2.0

For anybody who says recruiting rankings don't matter ... watch that tape. Guy is in the summer after his sophomore year in high school ... dealing. That's the type of talent it takes to advance consistently in March because the competition has those dudes.

Like the way he changes pace and direction when he penetrates yet still sees the court. Doesn't get there with quickness as much as maneuverability.
Seems to have a good outside shot but probably not quite a pure shooter. Nice touch inside.
I think his ability to handle the ball in traffic and still see the floor is one of his greatest strengths. Someone, I think it was Boca, compared him to Steve Nash, who is the master at maintaining control in traffic.
You're right, he's not a pure shooter yet, but with the basic fundamentals already in place, it's just a matter of time before he will be. One thing I like is that he is confident in taking those shots.
I predict that every team in the country will want him by the time he is a senior. That worries me some, but it's a good problem to have with a kid who has already made up his mind that he wants to be a Sooner. Definitely a huge get for our coaches!
