Really? Barnes over Kruger for conf COY?

Kruger has done a MASTERFUL job. I dont even see how it would be close.

I was on the why are they saying Texas is better than Oklahoma bandwagon, until they smoked Kansas, Texas is playing some good ball.

I think Texas shot way up in the rankings this week, but are still pretty good

If OU can win at home against Texas, then I'll go back to thinking OU is better

There is no reason for Barnes over Kruger for Big 12 COY. You can't reward someone for exceeding expectations when they are the reason those expectations were so low. The reason Texas was picked 8 was because of Barnes, you can't reward him for that.

The reason they were picked 8th is because their top 4 scorers from last year left.

If Kruger can finish ahead of Barnes he has a chance, but with that dominating win on Saturday over KU, it's Barnes to lose.

My take is that we have already beat Texas @ Texas and sure they have gotten better, but so have we. If we beat Texas at home for a second time, there should be no question that LK should be COY. As far as Texas beating Kansas, that was good for them, but I remember last year when TCU beat Kansas. I think Kansas was due for a loss and it just happened to be Texas that give it to the.

Barnes continues to have a roster full of Blue Chips,the fact that they have massively underachieved recently,tells me Barnes underachieves as coach.Yes the Horns are playing better this year but you have that much talent you should win. Barnes is working with Top 50 talent,Lon is working with Top 150.
