Stalked the assistant coaches follows on Twitter in hopes of getting some clues on who they're looking at to replace Trae Young and also sign late. Here's what I found.

Franco Miller is an intriguing prospect from the Bahamas and playing in Canada. First link below is a workout video with Buddy.

Maine PG Aaron Calixte is a grad transfer. He has already announced his intentions.

Pacific PG Miles Reynolds would be a grad transfer from Pacific. Hee played at Whitney Young in Chicago and helped them win a state title. Started his career at St. Louis before transferring to Pacific.

Also being followed is Austin Trice, a combo forward from Wabash CC. Really like what I've seen from him, but in limited video.

Another player Coach Crutchfield is following is Mike Cunningham, a grad transfer from "USC Upstate" of the Atlantic Sun Conference that Florida Gulf Coast has been dominating recently.

South Carolina-Upstate guard Mike Cunningham has received release to transfer. Former DuVal (Md.) star averaged 13.7 ppg + 3 apg in 31 games and eclipsed 1000 career points. Grad transfer will have one year of eligibility and can play immediately. Looking for HM opportunity.

Lots of highlight tweets on his twitter: https://twitter.com/Chicomike_

I'm sure this is just the beginning and more options will become available once the season is over.

Just watched the video on Cunningham. He looks like a good prospect.

Austin Trice looks like he would help a lot of people including OU but don't we have forwards?

Not like him. Trice is a high motor forward who goes after rebounds and loose balls with a vengeance. He’s the kind of big we usually see on the other team.

I would love to see him in an OU uniform next season!

In had heard about both Cunningham and Calixte the other day. Calixte appears to be more of a true PG who's talented and has played well for Maine but has also had some turnover problems. Maybe that's correctable or a problem with teammates who play for Maine.

Cunningham has averaged nearly 14 PPG for USC-Upstate but has mostly been playing off the ball. He's shot well from 3 -- I believe his percentage this year was higher than Trae's -- but hasn't shot many free throws. It's clear he's a shooter 1st and not much on attacking the paint. Still, that could work well with the type of offense Kruger likes to run and the guys Kruger has returning next season.

Both, of course, come with the obvious caveats of playing for relatively small schools against weaker competition.

I don't know who but they will do everything possible to get a grad transfer for point guard.

We pretty much have to have a grad transfer PG in order to field a competitive squad next year.

Another new grad transfer prospect being followed by assistant coach Carlin Hartman is Nico Carvacho. A 6-11 big man from Colorado State.

https://www.coloradoan.com/story/sp...l-explore-possibility-transferring/430713002/

The 6-foot-11, 240-pound redshirt sophomore averaged 9.2 points, 10.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game for the Rams.

Are there any other OU players that could potentially leave?

This kid is really good but will have a long list of suitors.

@GoodmanESPN: Evansville grad transfer Ryan Taylor has heard from Butler, Northwestern, Vandy, South Carolina, Ohio St, Ole Miss, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Illinois, Georgetown, Creighton, Minnesota, BC, Indiana, UCLA, Arizona, Wake, Miami, Purdue, Baylor, Maryland & Missouri, source told ESPN.

There are guys who don't have much of a path to significant minutes on the roster. All boils down to whether they like it at OU and are comfortable being practice players, a la C.J. Cole.

Maine won 6 games all year.. statswise looks okay but competition is prolly terrible.. he's def a take tho bc were gonna be losing guys i bet anyways

We just have to get a point guard to allow us to play games of basketball. Doesn't have to be a world beater, just a competent ball handler and distributor.

I would LOVE to get the Evansville guy and the Colorado state grad transfer too. If that means someone else has to go, I’m ok with that.

Count me in! I like what I saw of both players in the highlight videos I watched.
