I think the "fire Capel" people want him gone for the wrong reasons. This kid right here is the right reason if you want him gone. This was a way to easy chance to upgrade your roster. A chance laying in your lap and you big league the kid for a junior college player who is showing that he may have off the court issues. At the end of the day, this will frustrate an AD alone.
Jeff Capel could have asked this kid to walk to Brooklyn and get him a slice of cheesecake and the kid wouldn't have hesitated.

Did any other Big 12 schools offer him? OSU?
Will you come back and post your were completely wrong in a year when he's exposed as a 6'7" center (we already have a few of those) and nothing more than a mid-major player?
I don't know that he is, but I'd say history backs me up on it. The kid may turn out to be the real deal, but history says he won't.
Either way, I wish the kid the best and hope that he turns into a real player.
