Come on everyone, pitch in here, there is always a silver lining:

1. We had two glorious Blake years with no problems (yes they may be bracketed by mess but the Blake years are unsullied.)

2. We won't have to forfeit too many games.

3. There will be fewer Bradford/Claussen stories in sports for a while.

4. There will be better seats available next year.

How about some of yours?

(Sometimes a little humor helps.)

When I yell from the student section to heckle players the everybody in the arena (all 1,000 of them) will be able to hear it.

It's unique to be a women's basketball school.

Hell, I'm in the west upper level and we could probably have a conversation without leaving our seats.

we'll be able to see Tommy Mason-Griffin and Willie Warren play on NBA teams nextyear.

I'm going to save about $700 on tickets and still have prime time lower level cushioned seats. Forget paying donor fees. I'll just buy the $10 tickets at the door and move down to the lower level after the under 16 timeout.

Better chance to get Toby Keith's autograph.

Since nobody will be at the games, then there will be nobody to complain about how the Lloyd Noble Center could be better.

You'll be able to hear Stoops chortling at our team's ridiculous incompetenece.

No fans + no need to pay yellow vested nazi ushers = more money to bring back the Red Panda halftime show

T.J. Taylor gets some serious minutes in his freshmen season.

If you call 9-7 in the conference and 2 30 point whippings in our final 3 games as "glorious" then your success meter needs to be adjusted.

Last year was a good year, no question. The year before that was very disappointing considering how many ugly double-digit losses we had.

Now "phone calls" really aren't that big a deal.

You must be a riot at parties.

After Wal-Mart, the OU athletic department is the largest employer in Norman.
In this recession that's a positive.
