Agreed.Big XII teaming with the SEC to form their own version of the Rose Bowl.
Let's see... equal payout and they have to share their side with deadweight A&M and Mizzou and we don't. Lol

It's a big deal that the SEC is slotting the Big XII above the Big 10.
TCU, West Virginia, Oklahoma State & Kansas are all recent BCS bowl champions. Hardly dead weight. The SEC is crystal clear in their belief that the Big XII is their power football peer. The conference is stronger than ever and this deal reflects that.
As for Mizzou, they are the same non factor as always who will never appear in this game.
LOL at a Mizzou fan calling TCU and WVU dead weight, both updrades over Mizzou.deadweight Baylor, kansas, kansas state, Iowa State, Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas Tech and West Virginia.

This deal was made by OU, Alabama, Texas & Florida. They know in the years they don't make the national title cut they will face off in this game and never again get stuck playing Uconn, Hawaii, Utah, Boise like had been happening in the Sugar/Fiesta.
Both are revenue neutral, at best, compared to Mizzou and A&M.
Trammel was comparing this game to nothing but the Cotton Bowl, I was like WTH? It is nothing like the Cotton Bowl. Now I just wish Jerry World could get a BCS Championship Game designation so we can play close to home [if we make it of course].
Proof that not only is the Big XII stable, but more of a powerhouse than ever.
It's proof that the Big 12 and SEC are both tired of playing Big East, ACC or non-BCS teams in BCS games. It shows the Big 12 is still among the top four football conferences at the top. That's about it.
Dennis Dodd at CBS had a good column on what this means. It means Clemson, Florida State, Virginia Tech and Notre Dame may be coming to the Big12 hoping for a place at the table.
