Of course, take them FWIW. It's interesting to look at though:

OU currently checks in at 83rd with an SOS of 239.

Saint Louis is 18th with an SOS of 68.

And click here for OU's projections.

They predict us to finish 7-11 in conference? I think this team can beat that and steal a couple on the road.

I think the only thing that I don't like in the projections is the number of double digit losses that are predicted. I think we learn quite a bit about this team tonight, as IMHO, Saint Louis is one of the top 30 or so teams in the country.

Starting 10-0 sounds pretty dang fun to me!!

18-12 doesn't sound to bad either considering last year.

Would this record get us in the NIT?

Are these predictions done before the season starts? Or are they updated every week?

I think we'll lose tonight by a slim margin and win the rest of our OOC games for 11-1 non-conference record. I suspect we will go ~8-10 in the league for a total record of 19-10. Win a game in the Big 12, and we will be in the NIT. We would have to be pretty darn good in the big 12 to get into the dance because of how bad our OOC schedule is. I don't think it's possible for this team to get 10 wins in the big 12.
