If I had to guess, Sid is a baseball fan. Hate or loathe Sunny, he did take us to the CWS a few years ago

Joe felt that Capel was another Bob Stoops. Not a bad gamble. If there was any clue it was that VCU didn't have a great year the last season Capel was there. Then Grant had a much better year after Capel was gone. I wonder if we could have lured the Butler coach away the year we hired Capel.

Joe C has done all right. One of his best hires was K J Kindler for womens gymnastics. She is doing a great job recruiting, albeit with less than full NCAA competition. Most of the strong teams she has to compete with are Pac 12 and SEC.

I think they are so hooked on KU (which there is reason to be) that the "Almost Win" at Allen Field House has them thinking they are much better than they probably are. ISU is tough, but #2? Not convinced, I think at this point you have to put KSU as #2... Beating Texas by 20 at home is not much to smile about and Having an 18 point almost erased by WVU in their own house, does not seem to shout #2. Just my Opinion... I think if KSU wins this weekend, they will be put in the #2 spot... However, I am not sure if they will do that for us, if we win...Which I am okay with, BTW... I like the fact that we are under the radar at this point.
