A lot less interested in today's games.

I do have Zaga, USC, Michigan, and Bama advancing in my #1 bracket, so that is probably what I'll be hoping for. Might root for Creighton over Zaga (more chaos and I don't have Zaga winning that bracket).

Trying to find some bets. Tricky. Games across the board to me.

i am all for moving the sweet 16 rounds to sat and sun permanently. creates a short week before the final four, but i think it would help the players stay focused.

The chance to watch 4 straight games is nice. In prior years, I'd just watch the closest game on Thur/Fri.

the demise of the high-low game has been greatly exaggerated.

Free throws, fundamentals, free throws.

And with that being said we have some ot on the docket.

Ah the stupidity of letting a team shoot an open three rather than fouling.

The Pac12 has done well this year. Not bad for a G5 league.

Between the pac12 and Zaga the west coast is ruling this tournament.

Watching this Oregon and USC game. Not sure why PAC was underrated. These athletes are superior to most in Big 12. I don’t see quite the same athletes on Oregon St and UCLA but they are both very good teams.

UCLA made a big mistake by playing everyone deep. That allowed the Bama guard get it very deep in the front court on the move. By the time they were ready to foul after that it was too late. Loved what Bama ran there.

Luckily for UCLA it didn’t matter. Horrible FT shooting from Bama.

I think they were properly rated based on results throughout the season, and, frankly, recent seasons. No one has ever questioned the athleticism in that conference, it’s their ability to get much out of that athleticism that has been the issue.

I never watched Oregon or USC this year until the tourney. Maybe that’s it, they just started getting results from that athleticism. On the other hand, I thought Bama was much more athletic than UCLA. They just couldn’t make a FT.

I agree with you about recent history. I have not been impressed with a lot of the coaches in that conference over the past ten years or so.
