The NBA Playoffs/Thunder/Blake Thread

If OKC would cut down on turnovers and keep jumping in the passing lanes this series would be a blowout in their favor. As it is the OKC guards have killed LA in games 2 and 3. Unless they have a game, like game 1, where absolutely everything they toss up goes in - the LA guards just can't hang with OKC.

When OKC can spread the floor then RW, Jackson, and/or KD (I know he's not a guard) WILL score. It's inevitable. The only thing that stops it is THEIR mistake, not LA's play.

If Russell Westbrook keeps playing like he has the last two games nobody is going to beat the OKC Thunder.

It's getting hard to make an intelligent case against him being a top 10 player. Yes he's 6'3" but he plays much bigger and mixes it up in the paint with anybody.

Westbrook deserves some serious love for the past 3 games. Kid is a great player

The defense was bad in the 4th. I heard that the Clips went for 10 minutes in the fourth without missing a shot. MAny of them were because a guard got blown by and Ibaka had to choose to leave Blake open and help out of just stay on Blake until the last second. I can't fault him for staying on Blake.

It was killer that serge and westbrook had 5 fouls down the stretch

Any more excuses???

They didn't miss a shot because they were uncontested layups. They went 3-22 on 3's, it wasn't like they were killing it from outside.

The Thunder looked pretty tired in the 4th quarter and the Clippers were fighting for their playoff lives. I expect them to right the ship on Tuesday night and close out the Clips in game 6.

I think it might go 7. I actually wouldn't even be surprised to see okc lose tonight and when game 6. Westbrook seems to play his best on the road when his back is against the wall

I hope the series goes 7 games. This series has flops (on both sides OKC fans), uperstars and some bad blood. his is the most intriguing round 2 matchup to watch. I'm on he East coast, but I've managed to stay up for each of these games.

Most intriguing by far! After such a great opening round of the playoffs, the 2nd round has been a dud except for this series. I expect it will go 7 games.

The other 3 series are boring. I'm not real impressed by Indiana or Miami right now. The Spurs play so smart but aren't as quick as OKC or as physical as the Clips. That will be an interesting semi-final series.

The officials played a huge role in the Thunder-Clippers game tonight. An inexcusably big role.

Should've been a foul call. The refs weren't going to compound the bad no-call by giving the Clippers the ball.

I don't know how you could look and any of those replays and not think it was off Jackson. Barnes fouled him and might not even touched the ball. Those refs should do any more games in this series. That was an absoluely awful game for the officials.

It sure was, start to finish. It wasn't just at the end of the game, though that's what will be discussed most.

I feel like the refs knew they blew the call and weren't about to add insult to injury.
