To avoid OSU & Baylor first game of Big 12....

The odds are we will play WVU in our first game and OSU in the semis. The pukes have all the tie breakers because of their win over Kansas. Of the eight game outcomes the three schools presently tied for 6th have in the tournament four of them have WVU as the 7 seed. Five have the pukes as the 6 seed and 5 have Baylor as the 8 seed. There is only one outcome that has the pukes as the 8th seed and on the Kansas side of the bracket. Hence there is an 87 1/2% chance the pukes are on our side of the bracket.

With Baylor having no tie breakers they most likely will be on the Kansas side of the bracket (62 1/2).

Away from Stoolwater, I don't see the Ags winning at all. And since they only have 5 players, the 2nd day they will be gassed.

We have NO fear of the Ags, will get our broom out again to continue the sweep, IF they make it past the first day, lol

This is all assuming we win @ TCU. If we lose we could be 2, 3, or 4.

I believe the tiebreaker would be each team's record vs the other two. Baylor wins that because they swept osu and split with WV. So if Baylor, WV, and osu finish with the same record Baylor would be 6, osu 7, and WV 8. But at this point each of those teams could finish at any of those spots depending on what happens Saturday.

This is correct. When three teams are tied, the first tiebreaker is the "Round robin" record among the three teams.

Baylor wins that, going 3-1. (OSU is 2-2, WVU is 1-3)

Then OSU wins the tiebreaker with WVU, based on the sweep.

OU beat OSU in Stillwater by 3 without Smart. I think with Smart OSU is the best of those three teams. I think we'll see Bedlam round three for sure.

The problem for you is that you still have Ford and we have Kruger.

I'd also add that IMO, they're the only team that doesn't present a substantial coaching mis-match in favor of OU.

this is the key .. Huggins is a very very good coach .. expect WVU to be back in the NCAA's and top 25 next year
