Trammel says Mark Price best OK player ever BUT

Where would put the guard from Langston 1942-46, Marques Haynes? In his online bio said he was offered the 2nd highest pro salary to play for the Philadelphia Warriors but made more money with his barnstorming team. Haynes was born in Sand Springs.

Well, it's NOT even close. Price would be my pick every single time because of the position he played. Griffin is a great player, no doubt, and probably a better pro. But Price was a point guard and a darn good one. That outweighs Blake's margin of superiority.

Surprisingly, Price is only 60th in all time assists in the NBA. Not so great. He was a great free throw shooter who had a few nice seasons.
