They are now 13-6, and 5-1 in the American. Maybe they have a chance to win their conference tournament and get back in the dance.

This was the largest margin of victory over a ranked opponent in the history of TU basketball.

Total domination from start to finish against a team which has had their number for years. They have a nice win streak going (4 games including 2 wins against ranked opponents). We'll see if they can build on it although they need to build upon confidence as opposed to cockiness. They soon play Wichita State at TU. They are not playing like a team which was recently tabbed as a 100+ in the Kenpom ratings which shows the obvious flaws in the various rating systems.

Those rating systems are all hogwash.

What is better? The "I watched a team play once/twice and they looked (horrible, awful, great, amazing) and therefore that must be who they are" system? No system is perfect, but KenPom is far from hogwash. One team playing well over a few games is not proof of a systemic flaw.

The only ratings metric that matters is % of the roster that came from JUCO.

I haven't gotten to see much NCAA basketball this year, but if OU, OSU, and Tulsa had a tournament -- I would not put money on TU finishing last.

Watched a good portion of the game. Tulsa looked unbeatable and Memphis looked absolutely terrible. Talk about just not showing up to play -- wow.

Watched Tulsa a couple times this year, and although they pretty good against Houston, they didn't look as good as they did against Memphis.
