BB IQ is an important part of the game in college basketball.
He knows how to handle the ball outside, inside and in traffic. He changes his game in those three scenarios very efficiently. Most athletic players try to impose "their game", regardless of their position on the court usually resulting in silly turnovers or really bad shots.
Neal is an efficient high IQ player that will work you like a game of chess. He reminds me of a Duke type player with the ball. He doesn't hold the ball as he is either shooting and making a pass to keep the ball actively moving on the court.
Once Capel induces him into a particular system, he will ensure it is ran very efficiently without too much thought processing.
