Cal State Northridge finished second in the Big West, but earned the automatic bid to the NCAA tournament by winning their conference tourney.

The Big West isn't big, and it certainly isn't that good, but the video posted by the CSUN Matador women's team, choreographed to "You Should Be Dancing" by the BeeGees, is definitely worth the look, as they provoke the 4-seed Stanford team, the presumed opponent of OU (should the team beat one certain team), in a way I found quite appealing:

Stanford is always a tough out for us... I don't think we have beaten them since I became a Sooner fan in 2005...

I would like to see us play them OOC maybe for 2 seasons tho...

The Wicked With of the West has publicly stated that she will never schedule OU out-of-conference again. It dates back to an incident in late 1999 when one of OU's sophomore guards delivered a hard foul to Stanford's star freshman point guard. It wasn't a dirty foul, but it did result in a torn ACL and the end of her season.

When she tore her other ACL early the next season, they blamed that one on the Sooners too, although we didn't play them that year.
