The Portsmouth Draft Camp is April 7-10, FWIW. Is there another one other than that?

Portsmith is Seniors only or at least has been in the past. Pretty sure the Combine is June or so. Plus teams can bring guys in for individual workouts.

Does this change anyone's opinion about Willie Warren? It seems like a bunch of you were convinced everything was his fault and he really wasn't hurt.

Last year OU had 5 kids with big time professional aspirations returned to OU to play sports. 3 of them needed surgery before the season was over and a 4th had some injury issues. What are the odds of that? It sure does seem like OU is due for some good luck.

It does for me to an extent. My honest feeling is that we've seen the last of WW in an OU uniform, but a large part of me would love to see a re-focused WW come back next year determined to show this season was a fluke.

It sure does seem like OU is due for some good luck.

We have just been snake bit this year with the injuries in FB and BB. Never seen nothing like it. The Baseball team is off to a good start but someone will probably go down.

This has been the worst year I have ever witnessed for injuries to our respective programs. Absolutely disgusting year for football and basketball.

This sucks for WW and his family... if the NBA doesnt work out this year it sets the stage for him to return, dominate, and go next year.

Hopefully it all works out for him in the end.

Damage of this type (and when it really started) could explain a ton of things that happened this year. This fills the season story in about WW imo and I could certainly see how this could have cascaded into a big fricking mess for both him and the team.

I will definitely cut him some slack now bc I might have rushed to judgment.

I think they changed the rule last year regarding when underclassmen can withdraw their name from the draft. It used to be you had unitl late June. Now it is only a couple of weeks.

I think this will play into him staying because he will have less time to impress the GMs.
