WVU beats KU...

was watching on my phone.

After looking on the computer it is a close three. definitely not four or five. He takes one step after holding the ball to complete the spin and then two more to the basket.

Maybe I've been watching too much nba but you usually don't see the refs counting the end of a spin as a step

I think I see a step into the spin, a spin (with both feet leaving the ground) and two to three steps following that spin. However, that video is very fast.

I have no problem with the call and applaud the refs for finally giving a team other than KU some home cooking against KU.

I don't care if Duke rushes the court after every victory. If that is what they want to do and OU never want to rush the court, that is fine by me. One reason, OU fans rarely rush the court is the layout of LNC. It is not conducive to rushing the court or wasn't when I went to games. If the LNC was like GIA, I think you might see it happen more often in Norman.

I just read through KU's final game thread pages over on Scout. It was hilarious, but also a bit sad, because it reminded me of how some football fans act as we're losing, or about to lose, or have lost.

Yeah I see 3 1/2 steps, but usually goes uncalled in that situation.

Lol. Sqwak fans are out in force crying about getting homered.

Don't know if that qualifies as a Euro step but that drives me crazy.

Best case scenario for WV regarding their last 5 games is that they get through that stretch at 2-3. No way in hell they are winning at KU or at Baylor. I also expect no better than a split for them with osu. 1-4 is much more likely than 3-2 for them.

While I agree it's unlikely, I think they go 2-3 most likely by winning their two at home. All I was saying is they will have 3 games, @ Baylor, @ OSU and @ KU, where they need to steal one. Obviously KU is the most unlikely, but if they steal one of the other two, they could have the tiebreak advantage over us

That spin alone is two steps. He spins almost a 270 (1st step), then takes a little correcting step (2nd step and possibly third) before two steps to the basket.
