Tonight may be the only non ou game I turn on all season for WBB

I know people say Caitlyn clark will save WBB but this just shows how bad of a product WBB is

I watched Caitlyn Clark’s highlights and 75% of them was her jacking up Steph curry threes. Cool I guess

You need to watch her more. She's much more than that.

Well it doesn't help the cause when I see people saying she could compete with men and then I watch her highlights and they are either long 3s or plays that happen all the time in the men's game. I guess what I'm saying is pointing out that she is some generational talent for WBB just shows how low the rest of the product is

I actually take the opposite stance. WBB is actual basketball. Men's has become way to much isolation and jacking threes. But I still watch much more of the mens game, so...

I mean, two things can be true at once. She is really good (although I’m not sure she is even the best current women’s college player, let alone ever), but anyone being honest and realistic can also acknowledge she wouldn’t be able to play on a men’s D-1 team. Like so much of sports, the coverage is ridiculous, just like it has been for plenty of guys … think Tebow, Johnny Football, Tyler Hansbrough, etc.

Seed all automatic qualifiers into the 64 team bracket. Some of the smaller conferences (the SWAC, etc.) prefer the current setup so they can win a game and earn a tournament unit and the conference can get paid. To mollify those concerns, pay the smaller conferences a small amount of money every year in lieu of the chance to win a First Four game.
no prayer of this happening ... having just the 16's play in the first 4 (what will be first 8 ) IS the compromise ..

Fran Fraschilla floated the idea of having the last 16 at-large teams play in the First Four. Not sure if someone put a bug in his ear, or if it's just an idea he's pushing.

If it were up to the power conferences, they'd knock 8 small conference champions out in the First Four and move forward with 64.

yeah he floated it ... it has 0 chance of happening ..

the power 5 ball conf's are not giving half the 16's a spot back in the main field ..

when it expands the best hope the non power aq's have is doubling the current setup ..

last 8 at large in the opening round and the 8 lowest NET in the opening round (currently it is 4 and 4)

What are you looking for..? Layups?

It just wasn’t entertaining to me.

Tons of bad turnovers. I didn’t see a lot of offensive sets either. Seemed to be jack a three or three missed layups tipping the ball around until a foul was called or the ball went out of bounds
